This is my newest addicition — The Sandwich Guy’s Baked Potato. It’s one whole potato, sliced, served with a fistful of bacon bits and smothered in cheese.

I would say that this is sufficient for a normal (i.e. smaller than EJ) sized person so it can serve as an alternative to rice lunches. There’s nothing fancy in how it’s served. A tub full of potato is mixed with bacon bits and about a half an inch layer of cheese and then microwaved for around 2 and a half minutes. The result, however, is nothing short of indulgence.

If you’re not convinced, here’s another picture:

It's been so long since I last had Sandwich Guy. It's my lifesaver when I was still pregnant and naglilihi with my daughter. It's a good thing we are near Eastwood. I can try this out anytime soon.

I was turned off by their incredible shrinking sandwiches so I haven't been there for a long time. Are their baked potatoes still good? :)
