First Time Parents Workshop Series

We had a reunion yesterday. It was a reunion with our classmates from Rome Kanapi’s birthing class. I love these friends of ours. We have babies of relatively the same age. We went through and are still going through the same concerns and joys with our little ones. We are here for each other. We update each other and help each other.

Birthing Class Reunion

It really helps to have a support group especially if you are a first time parent. It helps to have people that you can talk to and share experiences with. Getting to know these people through the birthing class was teally helpful.

As you all know, I create events via ManilaWorkshops.com. I thought of having workshops for the first time parent and for those parents who need “refreshers” for their 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. child. The workshop series will cover topics from pregnancy, labor and delivery, caring for your newborn and toddler and helping your child learn during the first months and years.

We will be having the first workshop entitled What to Know Before Giving Birth on June 1, 2013.
