Andrew Zimmern is one of the most respected culinary travelers in the world. In his show, Bizarre Foods, he explores the weird and most unique food a culture has to offer. Using food as a reflection of a country’s history and personality, he explores the most unique the Philippines has to offer by sampling our strangest food.

I love it that he also takes the jeepneys and tricycles – makes me feel like he really had a feel for the country and didn’t just try out some select restaurants.

It’s always a genuine pinoy kilig moment when international chefs and foodies enjoy our food. Hope more do come here and experience the culture the way Andrew Zimmern did!
