For starters, you can try Cucina Victoria’s Frenchie’s Onion Soup (Php 275). What makes if unique is that the soup is served in a big bread bowl. You can literally bite on the cover and spread butter thinly on it. The bread is deliciously crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The soup is made up of delicious slices of onion and mixed with mozarella cheese. i just wished though they smothered it with cheese.

For you pasta dish, do order the Penne Al Forno (Php 295) from this Spanish restaurant in Makati. The simplicity of this captured my heart. It had baked penne mixed with a pomodoro sauce. It was topped with parmesan cheese and mozarella cheese. This was a real delight!

For Callos Lovers, Cucina Victoria may have one of the best Callos (Php 330) we have ever tasted. The tomato sauce was thick and was mixed with ox trip, ox tail, garbanzos, green olives and chorizo.

Presentation of the food was nice. Service can be improved further by adding more waiters. But even with the negatives in terms of service, you should try this Spanish restaurant in Makati. You’ll love their dishes.
