Garlic sensation.

I learned this method from Chef Toby Libarnes when I took Enderun’s Culinary Foundation Course.

Step 1: Starting with the bulb, peel each clove out of the bulb — you don’t need to peel the cloves.

Step 2: Place everything in a steel bowl.

Step 3: Cover that bowl with another steel bowl.

Step 4: SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE!

Result: Unpeeled cloves! :)
