Even if you’re working in a company or job you love, it can still be stressful. What more for a job you don’t like, let’s say for example you’re an artistic person who works in a banking job in Myanmar? Just imagine the conflict on your mind and soul if you’re in the same situation. However, if you took a job to finance bills and requirements, still, it may stress you as well. Check out these 6 warning signs telling you that you’re too stressed at work. Losing focus Remember the days when you felt so alive? This may be before you started to work. As the months or years passed by, you started to lose concentration and lost your focus. You have difficulty in doing a task nowadays or remember a recent occurrence that happened when you were trying to recall something, may be caused by your stress. Another one could be the effect done by the workload which causes stress too much. Cough and colds are the most common types of sickness that might last for a couple of months. This is due to stress and environment around you. Body pain As you work, you tend to sit down for long hours and work on your computer so you don’t have the time to exercise that much anymore causing you pain on your neck, back, and hands. The body doesn’t get to move that much anymore, thus, resulting to pain. Imagine that you have to do this for long hours 5-6 days a week, no doubt that there’s a huge possibility for body pain. It’s certainly hard due to the many factors in and out of the workplace. Feeling drained Lastly, stressed employees feel drained most days because of all these factors mentioned and probably other personal reasons which cause them stress. Feeling drained happens when you lose motivation, see no purpose, and get bored most of the time. You lose yourself as you work; “alienation” is also another term for it. This is perhaps the most obvious sign telling you that you feel stressed. Remember to live a healthy and safe life because we have to take care of ourselves well. Choose the right kind of job for you like a banking job in Myanmar or applying as a travel agent abroad.
