The L’art de la Patisserie (The Art of Pastry) at Enderun is a demonstration of skills of Franck Geuffroy, pastry chef of Alain Ducasse Formation et Conseil. After the demonstration at 10 am, this will be followed by a sumptuous lunch at Restaurant 101 at 12 noon.
