We love hanging out at The Collective in Makati. One of the places at The Collective that you should visit to get good Chicken Wings is Wingman.

Wingman’s specialty is their chicken wings that you can get for Php 300 for a dozen pieces (you have the choice to split it into two flavors) and Php 160 for half a dozen.

When EJ and I visited Wingman at The Collective, it was just us, so we tried our very best to order as much as we can. We ordered the Buffalo Classic. You can choose to have it prepared Medium, Hot, Apocalyptic, or Pinaka. For those who love dishes that are spicy, try the Pinaka. I heard it will really blow your mind. In our case, we ordered the Hot. I loved it! I love spicy food, but this was just right for me. This was my favorite among the flavors of chicken wings that we ordered. I loved how Wingman went beyond the normal dry, preparation of chicken wings and brought out this amazing recipe with hot sauce over crispy wings.

EJ like the Lemon Pepper. The skin of the chicken was crunchy and yet the meat was tender. The pepper gave that interesting twist to it. It reminded me of KFC’s Chili lime flavor, without the chili powder. This was EJ’s favorite.

The Garlic Parmesan flavored chicken wings were also good. We didn’t like it as much though as we liked the first two. I didn’t really get to taste the parmesan that much. I don’t know if it was because I ate it after I ate the Buffalo Classic, whose flavor was quite distinct.

The place is really for lunch out with family or gimmick nights with friends, who are looking for a place to hangout and unwind after a day’s work over a cold bottle of beer.
