Upon landing on the second floor of Greenbelt 5 (escalator near Greenbelt 1), you will enjoy the aroma of garlic. Follow that scent and it will lead you to Krazy Garlik. Krazy Garlik is one of the relatively new restaurants from the Bistro Group. Most, if not all of its products, are made up of garlic (even the dessert!).

When we were seated, we gave our orders to the waiter, but held on to the menu for a longer time, since we were reading the interesting trivia and facts about garlic on the menu.
Do you know that 1 clove of garlic a day will improve your health, and if you take 2-3 cloves, it will help eliminate a cold.
Do you know that in ancient Greek and Roman weddings, agrland of garlic and herbs were their proposing hand bouquets.
The menu of Krazy Garlic was filled with interesting facts and this gave us more reason to enjoy the food that we were about to taste. After a few minutes, our first dish came.
Amazing Krazy Garlic Salad

We ordered the Amazing Krazy Galik Salad (a to share order is at Php 475 and a regular order is at Php 275). The salad was a mix of cucumber, bell peppers, onions, oriental chicken strips, and fried wonton strips. I loved the sesame lime dressing and the peanut sauce. I liked how that salad was so simple and unpretentious. Each forkful gives you exciting flavors from the different ingredients that was mixed. I will order this dish again.
Mushroom Matsuri
We also ordered the Mushroom Matsuri (Php 350). Vegetarians will love this. Mushrooms were cooked in a sweet garlic sauce that is very unforgettable. Until this day, I still remember how this dish tastes.
Krazy Garlic Grilled Pork and Shrimps
I love the Krazy Garlik Rice!
For those who want a complete meal, you can try Krazy Garlik’s lunch combo sets. These dishes come with two types of protein choices and is served with rice. They have the Grilled Pork Chop & Shrimp (Php 375). This comes with the Krazy Garlik rice, which was I think, the highlight of the meal. The grilled pork chop could have been more tender. There were just three pieces of shrimps in one order, but I love the olives and tomatoes that went with the shrimps.
We were so full that we did not have room for dessert. I’ll definitely come back though for the other dishes in the menu that looked interesting. The dessert choices was pretty unique.
I wish though that the dishes were more affordable. It was a bit too pricey for the servings. Servers were attentive, so there was no major problem with the service.
If you want to get your daily dose of garlic, I know that you will surely get it from Crazy Garlik!
