One of the perks of living in the Quezon City area is that you get to hang out at the Ayala Technohub on weekends. I love it there! It’s so windy and relaxing, especially when you come at around 4:30pm onwards. During one of the Sundays this month, we packed up our laptops to have lunch in any of the Quezon City restaurants. Our car brought us straight to Ayala Technohub though (I think we didn’t have a choice). We wanted to try something different. That’s when we saw Mikedee’s Restaurant and Bar.
Mikedee’s Restaurant and Bar was a quite cozy place, with great air conditioning. Even if I said that Ayala Technohub was windy, hey, we needed cold air since it was noon. We were really hungry, so we ordered appetizers.
I was craving for Buffalo Chicken Wings and so we did order that. It arrived after a few minutes. This Mikedee’s appetizer came in a basket filled with around 5-7 pieces of wings and little drumsticks. It was delicious and a bit spicy. The sauce was made out of blue cheese and was a bit sour, which actually complemented the taste of the chicken.

For lunch, my husband ordered the Angus burger. It came with onion rings. The burger patty was juicy. It was a pretty substantial patty with great juicy flavors. The patty was cooked well.

The onion rings were quite different. It seemed to have herbs and spices mixed in the coating.
For my meal, I ordered the Mikedee’s Chicken Fajitas. I recommend that you try this dish. I know it’s not in the “burgers and steaks” arena, but the marinade for the chicken mixed with the vegetables to use as filling was flavorful. It was delicious that you can actually eat it with rice and not just the pita wrapping.

The sauce was delicious and combining it with egg, tomato and lettuce was just perfect.
If ever you get to pass by Commonwealth and happen to be in that area where Ayala Technohub is at, try to drop by Mikedee’s.
