Kogi Bulgogi at the Eastwood Mall

Kogi Bulgogi at the Eastwood Mall

It’s time for Korean Food once again. Aside from the fact that I love Kimchi, what drew me closer to Korean food are the unique flavors and the tons of appetizers. In one of our malling escapades in the Eastwood mall, we had to look for a place to eat since our tummies were already grumbling. We passed by Kogi Bulgogi at the second floor. The posters looked appetizing, so we went in and ordered.Continue reading »

Uncle Cheffy at the new Eastwood Mall

This restaurant is a brand new concept (4 days old) from the Chef’s Quarter group (Chef’s Quarter at Megamall and Old Vine in Eastwood Mall). I love the ambiance of this restaurant — the wooden chairs & tables and the patches of wooden walls made the place feel homey and cozy. There are also tables outside, over looking the fountain area of Eastwood. The chairs there looked very comfortable and apt for late night drinking and chatting. The idea behind this restaurant is that they wanted the meal to feel like a picnic with the family.Continue reading »

Yoga Styles and Where to go

Since my wedding’s coming, Ej and I have been trying to get into the fitness groove. One of the activities that we wanted to do regularly was yoga. I first enrolled in Bikram yoga at Eastwood with my sister. EJ didn’t find it comfortable since heat and sweating profusely gave him migraines. We then tried out Vinyasa at Strata 100 in Ortigas.
