Before watching the premier of Hunger Games last Wednesday, we stopped by Pollo Loco to have dinner. Our training adviser, Ms. Karen, then treated us to Kristina’s Premium INUTAK. Judging by the name, I thought it was an ulam (something that you eat with rice), but it turns out it was dessert! There was a stall of Kristina’s Premium Inutak just outside of Pollo Loco.
It was in a very cute little box.
The consistency was just like any delicacy made from sticky rice. It was a bit softer though. It was definitely a “melts-in-your-mouth” type of dessert. The rice was mixed with coconut cream. It tasted like it had cheese, so I think we got a cheese flavored one. It comes in original, cheese and queso de bola. I like the cheese flavored one.
