What happened to Pobox? I currently have P15,000 worth of package in their US address waiting to be delivered. I have paid for the $30 box already. After three days and four follow-up emails to them whether they have received my payment, I still haven't received any response. Yes, they’ll send you the billing statement AFTER they receive the package from Amazon, eBay, etc. And then you pay the delivery cost.
They ship it kasi via container so that’s why you only pay based on size, regardless of weight.
Yeah, they can deliver anywhere you want, basta may magrereceive.

tama ba intindi ko? bale after mong mag-order online, magsesend ang POBox.ph ng billing statement sa home address mo dito sa pilipinas for u to pay the delivery cost. after u paid it u’ll wait for at least a month to receive the package.

By the way, pwede bang i-ship sa office address yung item. ayoko kase sa bahay namin.

Yeah, I’ve used them a few times already and they’ve always been good. They reply 24 hours later to standard emails. They did mess up my last box though where they charged me for a big box and said it was shipped but then it turned out that the box was too big and they put it in a smaller box. They then wanted to charge for that one too. It took them a month to realize what I was saying and got everything sorted out. But my items all arrived perfectly so ok lang. Good and reliable but they will need to work on their coordination with the local reps and the US reps. It’s like they have a hard time communicating.

Hi Geisha! My invoice was sent after POBox received the items (they need to know the size of the box). It really depends on how fast the seller can ship to POBox. :)

How many days after payment of the invoice should I expect to get the Tracking number? I paid March 13 and it reflected on their site as paid. Until now, even after repeated emails about my tracking number, their only reply is, wait for it until it reflects on their system. Like hello, its been two weeks already.

Pobox.ph is a nightmare.

Which box was used in your package? How much did the shipping cost total? I’m thinking of buying a similar sized item.
