Here are some: (8) Ferdinand Marcos was the first prime minister after WWII. Doy Laurel was the last. Cesar Virata served in between them. (11) Philippine Women's University is the first university for women in Asia. So that makes it the first in the Philippines. It became the first university for women in 1932. CEU became a university a year after in 1933. (44) Pulag is the third highest peak, the second being Mt. Dulang-Dulang (48) Not anymore. Until the 2007 discovery of an underground river in Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula, the Puerto Princesa Subterranean River was reputed to be the world's longest underground river. (58) While the Upsilon Sigma Phi is first Greek letter fraternity, its sister sorority, the Sigma Delta Phi, is not the oldest in the Philippines.
