When I looked at the roster of judges, it seem to me that it's just a mutual admiration sort of pick. Shouldn't the judges be connected to any of the establishments nominated? How does one not fall into the trap of conflict of interests? I have been to some of these restaurants which won, and some of them really do not serve good food (not to mention the service). And some items which should have been a staple in their menu aren't even there at all! So how come some of them even ended up winning?! Just wondering. How did they select the winners???
