We have always considered our helpers part of the family. That may be the reason why most of our helpers stay for a long long time. We have helpers who have stayed since the time my lola was still a teenager. They have practically seen my sister and I grow up. They are now seeing my baby grow, too. Can you imagine that? They have been with us for four generations.

We owe it to them to help them develop as individuals. With this, you may want to consider sending them to this workshop. It’s called the Ok Ka, Yaya Ko! Workshop. This is already a rerun as the first one was a success.
