Keeping an active lifestyle and making consciously healthy choices has become an in-thing for a lot of pinoys lately. Ginger was able to discover 2 new clubs that feature unique exercises.

The first is Plana Forma which is a mixture of Yoga, Pilates, and Dance. The exercises are qute strenuous but really enjoyable.

The second is 360 Degree Fitness Club. They feature a quick circuit training that is really quite exhausting but can be done in just 30 minutes. It’s composed of 20 stations and gives you a rigorous exercise ranging from trampoline jumps to TRX exercises.
