Goodles

I am actually not a ‘pasta’ fan, but we wanted to try out something new and one of the new food stalls in Robinsons Galleria is Goodles.

Goodles is a place where you can buy different mixes of pasta in a cup (or in a plate if you are not in a hurry). These cups or portable containers come in handy, especially when you want to bring it to the movies. Goodles is located in the Cinema level of Galleria so it’s very convenient especially for those who are in a hurry to grab something to eat and just enter the movie house.

The pasta comes in these flavors: Chicken Vodka, Creamy Sausage and Mushroom, Garlic Shrimp and Chorizo, Goodles Classic, Grape Carbonara, Mediterranean Tuna, Moroccan Beef, Salsa Rosa Shrimp, Seven Layer Lasagna and Spinach Pesto.

I ordered the Spinach Pesto with Mushroom. You can order the pesto with shrimp or mushroom. I actually loved the flavors. I The pasta came with a pesto sauce in olive oil. The sauce may drop to the bottom of the cup so be sure to mix it well. They also did not scrimp on mushroom. There were at least 2-3 kinds of mushroom mixed into the pasta sauce.

EJ ordered the Garlic Shrimp and Chorizo. It was okay, but he was expecting to taste the strong flavors of the Chorizo but instead, it tasted like pasta in red sauce. When I asked him if he would come back, he said he would but he would love to try another flavor, maybe the Moroccan Beef instead.

I would definitely go back. I loved the Spinach Pesto Pasta, but i will try the Grape Carbonara when we return.

So have you already tried this? What was your favorite?

    Hello there!

Thank you for visiting Goodles and trying our food. I'm sorry if the Garlic Shrimp wasn't up to expectation. We intentionally used a milder chorizo for this dish.

We currently have only one branch but will be in different areas this year to reach out to our fans all over Metro Manila. We will be in Rockwell Tent on June 5 – 6.

    Hope to see you again.

    Hello!

Thank you for visiting our store and for your feedback. I'm sorry if you didn't find our Garlic Shrimp and Chorizo as you expected it. We intentionally used a milder chorizo to have a more mellow taste. Will consider your input in our brainstorming for new dishes.

We currently have one store only–in Robinsons Galleria but will be at Rockwell on June 5 – 6 for the Solstice Bazaar. I hope to see you there.

    Thank you.

    Best regards,

    Sharlene
